How do we do that? Our proximity to the source of hair and control over the manufacturing and quality standards gives us an edge over the others in the market. And therefore we are able to bring you premium, natural, virgin hair at the best value possible. 


Your KOLKA Hair Extensions are shipped from our facility in Pondicherry, India. 

Working Days for Kolka means Monday to Friday 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Your order will be processed within 1 to 7 days of receipt of payment. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email that will help you to track the delivery of the product that you have ordered. Your order will take 6 to 20 days from the date of dispatch to reach you. Delivery times are subject to delays resulting from courier delays or force majeure for which Kolka will not be responsible.


If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days.

Kolka does not entertain any cancellation of orders. Human hair extensions are products sold with the highest hygiene levels. Once sold cannot be returned. 

On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4 to 6 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Russia and Romania. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

Custom Orders via request mails will be accepted on a case to case basis and based on the requirements and the size of the order. Processing time on custom orders varies depending on the order request.

International Orders are free of shipment charges. But Kolka Hair Extensions is not responsible for any charges (custom charges or taxes of your country or region) associated with your shipment upon delivery. 


All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, you will have to contact the couriers to investigate this issue.  We will be able to assist you with the contact numbers of the courier but will not be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. Kolka Hair Extensions does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered.
